Weddings & Events Coordinator (Trainee Position)
Are you driven and confident person, with strong organizing ability, open to new ways creating unique events and deliver results?
Bespoke Experiences’ team is looking for Thai native speaker who has good level of English (written and spoken). Other languages are big advantage but not essential.
The person need to be creative, smart, fast and motivated, willing to learn new things and most importantly would like to gain more knowledge about event management (weddings and events). Having organization skills will be a big plus for the job. The intern will be involved in all important processes of organizing events, talking and negotiating prices with local suppliers, helping complete daily tasks and onsite support with taking small projects and own responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily event management and office support activities including direct contact to customers. Having an outgoing personality is high advantage in order to manage all wedding and event requests including translations for marketing collateral’s and daily communication skills. He/she ensures to deliver exceptional service to customers. He/she keeps management team updated regarding strategic and projects (proposal) developments weekly.
Salary depends on the candidate performance and is negotiable. There is a probation time of 1 month. Position will be open for 6 months or longer. After a successful completed internship or min 6 months, the Bespoke Experiences will give internship certificate. We can offer a permanent position after a successful completing of the internship.
