"My first event was coordinating private banking wealth management groups of 250 people with hospitality programs during the Football World Cup 2006 in Munch, Germany. I got inspired by the countless business opportunities in the event management industry and after 9 years in Germany my career path took me to Asia. For the 5 years I lived in China, I have worked on corporate level events for leading brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, DENZA, SAP, Wrangler, executing and organizing their product launches, road shows, conferences and seminars on THE Great Wall of China and many other outstanding venues. Working with top marketing event companies in both Germany and China was a great starting point for me to build an extraordinary creative event team with my company Bespoke Experiences for luxury destination weddings in Thailand and and absolutely breathtaking marriage proposals in Phuket. Already 11 years we create bespoke event experiences for our international clients in Thailand. A good event management team needs strong leadership to be at its best for negotiations between clients, suppliers or venue staff which requires flexibility, quick thinking and exceptional decision making. I just love my job and with every event I feel blessed I can experience the happiness of our couples and be part of their special moments."
Adam Goodman, Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Bespoke Experiences Catering, originally hails from Vancouver, BC. An alumnus of world famous French culinary school Le Cordon Bleu, his notable international repertoire includes cooking for the Prime Minister of Canada, catering the Vancouver 2010 Olympics and running kitchens and catering operations in Canada, China and Thailand. Prior to Phuket, he plied his trade managing a large restaurant and catering operation in Beijing. In 2014 Chef Goodman has spearheaded and overseen the development and operations of 4 Restaurants & Catering division as their General Manager in Phuket. In 2020 he launched three successful culinary companies, Kids Meals Phuket and offering nutritious, delicious, and healthy ready-to-go meals for kids 9+months and up, Healthy Meals Thailand which creates ready-to-go meals for adults and of course Bespoke Experiences Catering. Offer high end catering for private parties, weddings and corporate events. “ I find living and working in Thailand to be truly inspiring. I love to use the wide variety of local ingredients that Thailand has to offer in the dishes." Goodman is inspired by continuing to learn from and contribute to Thailand’s burgeoning food, beverage and hospitality industry.

Child Watch Phuket is a charitable Foundation established and managed by the local community. By protecting, assisting and taking care of children’s rights effectively the organization has become well recognized. In 2006, the organization received a Royal Award for its Legal & Protection emphasis on the rights and care of children & youth from the Ministry of Social Development & Human Security.
Bespoke Experience Thailand supports the foundation financially by donating a portion of every event job to Child Watch Phuket. We are proud to sponsor Thai children’s education and help provide scholarships already for 2 years in 2025 and in 2026 together with Child Watch Foundation and the Governor of Phuket. We visit the children, play with them and try to give love and many snuggles.
