Today we are going to talk about commonly forgotten wedding items on wedding invites-shuttle information.

If you are hosting an out of town wedding (ie- more than 20 minutes from a bus route or taxi district), be sure to include the shuttle information on wedding stationary wordings when you are ordering your wedding invitation suit from Elegant Wedding Invites.

#Why new couples need to consider the shuttle?

• More safer: If you are offering your guests complimentary alcohol all night, it’s great to offer a safe way to get home.
• Taxi may not be available: You may also need to consider that taxi’s may not be available to some venues depending on how far out of the city they are.
• More convenient: Depending on the average age category of your guests, you may or may not want to look at doing multiple pick ups so that some guests have the option of leaving early.
• Else: Wedding party and family members will likely travel to the venue with you in a separate bus/limo.

#How should you do if guests need shuttle?

• Include the shuttle information on wedding stationary wordings:You will want your guests to know that the shuttle is an available option so you are not paying for a service that you are not using. You can include the information on your main wedding invitation cards or on your Accommodation cards.
• Confirm the quantity:You will want to know how many guests are interested in the shuttle so you know how many to reserve. Mention this on your cards or wedding website.
